I would stay here again.The scrambled eggs for breakfast were divine - so nicely seasoned and lovely fluffy texture.I arrived late on Friday night and was welcomed and shown to my room.Though I was only there for one night, I'd have no hesitation booking for a longer stay.It's only a short walk from the city, but the location across the bridge allows for a peaceful sleep. The room offered all of the amenities I wanted - hairdryer, toiletries, TV and, most valuably, a fridge.I was taking part in a sports event whilst in the area and was pleased to have somewhere to store my protein smoothies.The proprietors are very friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend them.

Old house, well kept with original features and very clean. I was pleased to have a fridge in my room. There is quite a lot of noise from the main road at the front. On-site parking is welcome but quite tight. Rob and Glenda seem to have everything running smoothly. The breakfast was excellent, both choice and quality, including home-made bread and marmalade. Very comfortable bed. About 10 minutes on foot from the city centre.There is a bike storage room at the rear which seems well used.

We stayed for one night on the way to Edinburgh airport from Inverness.Compared to a standard Best Western hotel, the room was a bit small and was made smaller by a large armchair placed on each side of the bed.They blocked the bedside tables and lamp; --- ridiculous.However, the breakfast was superb.Cooked perfectly and served quickly.The dining room was set up like a fine restaurant with linen table cloths and napkins.Hazeldene Guest house was great for one night but we wouldn't stay there longer.

Was greeted by Rob upon arrival and shown to a large and spacious romm. Room was brilliant, clean and light, small but adequate toilet/shower room. Breakfast next morning was great, all meat products locally sourced and homemade bread. had a smaller breakfast on the second morning but it was still substantial enough to keep me going.Overall, a fantastic Guest House run by both Rob & Glenda. Hi, stayed here @ hazeldean sat-tue my room was on the ground floor & I was very pleased with it, clean, good size ( for a single room) bathroom was compact & bijou as they say with a great shower. The location for me was perfect in a lovely house come mansion with parking front & rear the town centre is only a short walk . Recently spent 4 nights at Hazeldene in a room described as a large single, situated on the ground floor. Although not especially big, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, with an ensuite shower room. Breakfast was good, both in terms of the choice available and the standard of the cooking. The owners were welcoming and helpful, and their 2 French restaurant recommendations were spot on. The only downside I would mention is some road noise especially in the mornings from 07.30. Overall a comfortable, good value B&B just a short downhill walk to the centre of Perth.

Stayed for 1 night on the 14th August easy to check-in and the owner Rob was very helpful and friendly. My room was absolutely spotless and had everything you need lovely free toiletries and and super soft towels. Room was a lovely and loved that it had 2 blinds to black out the light nice touch. Very comfortable bed and bedding was lovely crisp and white had a great nights sleep. Then breakfast was to die for local produce and to top it of home made bread delicious.Glenda served my breakfast and she is very friendly i would definitely recommend staying in this lovely B&B if you come to Perth. We loved our stay at Hazeldene. The room was perfect; the bed was more than comfortable; and the Scottish breakfast was excellent. The moment we arrived we felt very welcome. Just a ten-minute walk and we were in the centre of the town centre where there were plenty of restaurants — a lovely walk by the river. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed in the large single room for one night. Room was much bigger than I expected. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great, but the cubicle is very small so you wouldnt want to be clostraphrpbic.Tea/coffee facilities were great, also had a bottle of water and mini fridge which would have been great if I'd been staying more than 2 night.Off street parking is excellent and it's easy walkable into town. It's a very busy road, but I didn't hear it from my room.Breakfast was very very good, cooked fantastically and a great range of options. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Perth.

Hazeldene is an exceptional B&B, it is pristine in cleamliness and bed is very comfortable. The guest information folder had excellent information inside and the resturant recommendation list certainly didn't disappoint when I visited fir dinner. Breakfast had a great selection and the cooked breakfast served really hot was welcomed. Have stayed a couple of times now and it will always be my stay of choice. Friendly welcome and a room which suits your need. Will always recommend and will book again for sure.

The owners (I cannot remember their names, sorry!) were friendly and helpful, I couldn’t fault them. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of hot options. The room we booked was the superior double which was lovely. Plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. Good storage and even included a mini fridge (as well as tea/coffee making facilities). The biscuits were a nice touch too! The shower was a little fiddly, but nothing too difficult once you worked out the temperature and power. There are actually instructions on the wall which I noticed after. The only thing I can be critical of is the room temperature: even after putting the radiator at full heat, I was still cold. However, due to the rubbish weather, it was an excuse to get cosy and warm in the bed! Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. We had parking available and it wasn’t too difficult to locate this. I would definitely return.

I spent 3 nights at Hazeldene last August.Everything was just perfect. My room was big and very clean, as was the bathroom. They both had all the facilities to welcome a guest.Great breakfast too.Both hosts are very capable, professionnal and nice (which is also an important factor).If you are travelling without a car, you can go to the city center by foot and, the bus service is very good.Personnally, I can easily recommend Hazeldene Guest House. I know that if I return to Perth, I would go back there.So, thank you both for a lovely stay.

I was amazed to get this invitation to review considering that the owners claimed to have no expectation of my arrival last week. I had a very comfortable room and all necessary amenities. Breakfast was great and really plentiful. Then the proprietor went further after I checked out and gave me a lift to the house my daughter was staying in so that I didn't have to lug my heavy suitcase in the rain.The owners were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be booking in again as will other members of my family.

We enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the breakfast, and venue was clean and tidy! The single bedroom downstairs was easy to access for My friend who has mobility problems, but the shower is certainly not an easy access facility. There was no way she could step into it, and no safety handrail. Do you have a disabled facility room?Parking was tricky, because of the small feature wall with plants/tree - and on leaving I'm afraid I scraped the paintwork on my car - so it spoiled the whole experience!!!

A very good idea was the bottle of mineral water in the room. We had fantastic coffee for breakfast instead of the usual Nescafé. If we return to Perth we'll stay in this B&B.

i stayed at the hazeldene for one night and can honestly its the best B & B i've ever stayed in:owners rob & glenda were friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome, rooms are spotlessly clean and tasteful decor. breakfast was delicious .cant recommend it highly enough if you are staying in perth!

We enjoyed our two stays at Hazeldene at either end of our recent Scotland tour with our Morgan with Rob and Glenda proving excellent hosts. Bedrooms very comfortable and breakfasts delicious.

a wonderful breakfast with proper sausages, not the cheap nasty ones. Wonderful homemade jam. They were both very polite and welcoming. The room was a little small, but we had everything we needed. A clean combfortable B&B. Thank you we will be back again :)

Lovely clean fresch modern B&B. Friendly couple. Lovely breakfast. Absolute to recomend. Just a bit noice from the street. Ask for a room at the back.

Very clean and tidy. Bedroom was fantastic with wifi, tv, fridge and tea and coffee facillities. Breakfasts were absolutely superb, everything cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble (even the lifts in the car! Thanks again for that!)We will hopefully be back next year for the festival.

Hosts went out of their way to ensure that I was able to retrieve a credit card which I had dropped in their driveway.Excellent meal and room.Service was top rate.Would definitely stay here again.Five Stars.
